How we work
Process automation for clinics, from assessment to tracked results
We understand the operation, design a fixed-scope project, implement it with your team and track everything in Unitta Flow: what the automation did, what depends on people and how the results evolve.
How it works
From the problem to a working solution in your clinic.
You know exactly what you're hiring before you start.
What the clinic already uses
- Practice management system
- Spreadsheets
- Schedule
Unitta automation
AI agents and automations carry out what was agreed in the project.
Your clinic's way of working
- Processes
- Owners
- Rules and limits
- Goals
Team
Handles exceptions and sensitive decisions.
Delivery recorded
Every step comes with evidence.
Unitta Flow
Execution, bottlenecks and results tracked in one place.
- 01
Assessment
We understand the main pain points and find the process with the greatest potential for results, with the data and feasibility for automation.
Prioritized opportunity
- 02
Fixed-scope project
What will be automated, systems, rules, limits, owners and success metrics.
Clear proposal
- 03
Development and implementation
We integrate the systems, build agents and automations, test them and put them to work.
Solution in operation
- 04
Monitoring in Unitta Flow
We monitor how it runs, handle the exceptions and show execution and results in a simple view.
Ongoing visibility
- 05
Continuous improvement
We assess what changed and find the next opportunity. What repeats across clinics becomes a reusable component.
Next gain
AI and people in the same process
Technology executes. Your team makes the difference. Unitta tracks it all.
Not everything in your clinic needs to be done by hand. And not everything can be automated.
That's why we build solutions that combine AI agents, automations and people in integrated processes.
Our team identifies opportunities, builds the solutions and puts everything to work in your operation.
Example: sales inquiries
- 01AI
Receive and qualify contacts
An agent identifies the interest and organizes the opportunity in the CRM.
- 02Person
Specialized service
A professional takes over whatever requires technical knowledge, evaluation or a decision.
- 03AI
Confirmation and reminders
The automation sends the authorized messages and updates the progress.
- 04Person
The visit itself
The team sees the patient and records what's needed in the clinic's system.
- 05Unitta
Results monitoring
The manager tracks conversion, delays, productivity and economic impact.
- If an automated step fails, Unitta detects it.
- If a team step stalls, Unitta flags it.
With Unitta Flow, you track every step in one place: what was automated, what depends on the team, where the bottlenecks are and how results are evolving.
Fewer repetitive tasks, less waste and more time for your team to focus on what really matters.
You don't need to manage every task. You need to know that your operation is working.
Automated steps depend on the integrations and permissions available.
Unitta Flow · Unified tracking
Automations do the work. You track the results.
Processes can run in your ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, spreadsheets or other integrated solutions. Unitta Flow brings together what matters: what was executed, where an exception came up, who needs to act and how results are evolving.

Carla and Patrícia do the same job at the front desk: they follow the same process and are measured by the same metrics.

Alerts go only to the clinic's team, with each number's authorization.
Less manual chasing. More clarity about what is happening.
Your systems, your spreadsheets and Unitta
Your systems record. Unitta moves processes forward.
We don't replace your ERP, your CRM or your spreadsheets. We work on the information and events they make available to implement automations and track results across tools and teams.
Works with what your clinic already uses
- Practice management system (ERP)
- CRM
- Clinic schedule
- Spreadsheets (Excel and CSV)
- Bank and card terminal
- Other systems
No system? We start with spreadsheets. And where information is still on paper, the project organizes how it's recorded.
| What systems and spreadsheets do | What Unitta adds |
|---|---|
| Record appointments, sales and inventory | Identifies processes with room for improvement and integrates the information |
| Store opportunities and transactions | Automates eligible administrative steps across systems |
| Show their own metrics | Connects execution, bottlenecks and economic impact in one consolidated view |
| Offer each tool's built-in functions | Builds specific solutions for the operation, with implementation and monitoring |
Some ERPs and CRMs already have their own automations and workflows. What sets Unitta apart is the custom project, execution across tools and ongoing management of the solution.
Business case
Before automating, we show why it's worth it.
Every project starts with an assessment and a business case: which process will change, how much manual work it takes, what improvement we expect and how we will measure it.
01 · Today
Time spent, costs, losses and baseline metrics.
02 · What we will implement
Automated process, systems involved and scope limits.
03 · After
Time saved, costs avoided and observed gains, keeping the estimated apart from the proven.
No universal gain percentages: targets are calculated for each clinic, from its baseline.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask before the assessment.
Short answers about implementation, limits, scope and results.
Is Unitta just another system for my team to fill in?
That's not the idea. We automate the routines we can and track the records your systems already generate, reducing manual data entry. Exceptions and tasks without digital data may need confirmation from someone on the team.
Do I need to replace my ERP or CRM?
No. We assess your systems and the integration options available. We can use APIs, events or imports, including spreadsheets, depending on the operation and the existing permissions.
How do I know it will deliver results?
Before implementing, we define the current metrics, the expected result and how it will be measured. We track how it runs and keep estimated gains apart from observed ones. We don't promise percentages without an assessment.
Who builds and implements the solution?
The Unitta team runs the assessment, designs the scope, builds and tests the automation and guides whoever handles exceptions and approvals.
What is Unitta Flow?
It's where you track the automations and processes we've implemented, get alerts, spot bottlenecks and see metrics in a unified view, including what runs in other systems.
How much does it cost?
Each project is sized after the assessment, based on the process, the systems involved and the implementation effort. The proposal states the investment, the deliverables, recurring costs and the monitoring included.
Can the automation do any task on its own?
No. Automation works within technical limits, permissions and defined rules. Clinical decisions, sensitive situations and exceptions stay with authorized professionals.
Is my clinic's data safe?
Yes. Each clinic's data is isolated, access is individual and nothing changes in your systems without authorization. We don't use patients' clinical data in our analyses, and we handle information in line with the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law.
