What data we collect

In the contact form: your name, the clinic's name, your WhatsApp number and, if you provide them, the area you want to improve and the clinic's website.

Where the visit came from: the landing page, the site that referred you and the campaign parameters (UTM), so we know how you found us. This is recorded without asking you anything else.

We don't ask for or want patient or health data on the website.

How we use it

To answer your request and talk with you on WhatsApp about automation for your clinic. We don't sign you up for promotional campaigns, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you check the authorization box in the form, and preliminary procedures toward a possible contract, carried out at your request (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018, Article 7, items I and V).

Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to receive and organize contacts, such as the website's hosting, the tool that forwards the request to our team and WhatsApp, and only for that purpose. We don't sell data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and keep the history of the sales conversation. If the conversation doesn't move forward, the data is deleted within 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, find out who it was shared with and withdraw your consent at any time, through the same WhatsApp chat we use to talk with you.

Security and cookies

Submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and the form is protected against abuse. The website doesn't store the data you send: it goes straight to our team's service channel.

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The client area uses only essential session cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the version in effect.
